Under the Clintons time in the White House-----Arkansas lost Maytag, Whirlpool, Zenith and several other companies that Arkansans depended upon for a living as these jobs were shipped to countries to manufacture the goods that could be manufactured here. Is this why Arkansas went for John McCain and not for Obama? One reason yes.
