With my NGD still selling at four times what I bought it for, or almost, I decided to sell about 60% of it this morning and put the money into GDXJ. Should have done it a day sooner, of course, but am unfortunately not omniscient. This problem in Mexico may amount to nothing, but on the other hand as the news spreads, it could knock the price of NGD down more.
