When you can't defend your own position, attack the other side.

We can easily reduce health care costs by doing the one thing Democrats are loathe to do: Put a stop to rampant malpractice lawsuits. The rest of the cost reductions will have to come the old-fashioned way: rationing and price controls, especially on pharmaceuticals.

Funny thing is that none of these provisions are in the House health care bill.
