Al, even Obama only projects to "cut" the deficit down to $500 billion a year in 2018.

It's clear to me that every increase in spending is permanent.

Look, you can spin what hasn't happened into whatever you need it to be...but it's futile, maybe even desperate to resort to tea leaf reading among partisans...it elevates partisanship to a new level.
