I listened to the earnings call. I liked what I heard except a near-term stock offering was not ruled out, which I think is what is leaving the current overhang on the stock.

I would expect as the stock price goes down the prospect of an offering would be less likely (company management understanding the deal is not in shareholder interests at too low a price), but if the offering were to occur, the stock price would likely beat up substantially in order to draw enough demand to get new investors into a microcap company.
