Gitmo 9/11 suspects heading to NY trial We all knew it was coming. We're back to treating the terrorists as criminals. Excuse me, alleged criminals. Prepare for a multi-year legal circus. Will KSM be acquitted after the judge throws out his confession as inadmissible evidence and the CIA can't release enough other evidence due to ongoing investigation? Seems to me it's a real possibility. I'll be interested to see what Andy McCarthy says (he writes for National Review, and was the lead prosecutor of the 'blind sheikh' case). If KSM is acquitted, Obama may have more backlash on his hands than he wants to deal with.
