Yeah, but it is a *puny* one. (CBO projects only about 5% or so of Americans will choose it as an option. :-)

And, even still that is NOT any notable subsidy to all of the PRIVATE INSURANCE PLANS that will be permitted to be sold (for the first time!) into inter-state markets, and with attendant efficiencies of larger scale.

Remember: the TENS of BILLIONS of *direct federal subsidies* going to private insurers that the Bush administration enacted into law are being REVOKED.
