"Christian based countries"..."where they got their presuppositions." Human rights flow from humanitarian movements. They have ZERO connection to the primitive brutality of biblical "values". The centuries when the church (theism) held sway are characterized by an utter and complete absence of human rights. Such ideas were anathema to church doctrine. Modern rights flow from the work of authors such as Paine, Hegel, and Mill. en.wikipedia.org "You forgot to comment on the size of my penis."
