The fact that the fertilized egg is human dna has nothing to do with any argument for person-hood and RIGHTS which is the ONLY argument relevant to the issue. Human dna is not contested by anyone. So the video is nothing but TRASH! There is NO CONTROVERSY (and never has been) about whether or not the HUMAN egg, the HUMAN embryo, the HUMAN fetus...is genetically HUMAN. This is a straw man that this fellow is beating to death with his 2 inch penis and his one ounce brain. Society (philosophers, judges, and the person on the street) have recognized that this speck of protoplasm cannot be a carrier of rights because it has no mind and therefore no self and no interest in the matter. Additionally, the mother would have to be declared a NON PERSON to logically confer rights on the egg. I know you don't understand any of this and I know how your heart bleeds over this issue in order to give you dramatic meaning but I can't walk you across the stupid bridge that you are standing on.
