Oh bummer! The 9/11 trials in New York under the federal justice system means even if convicted the appeals will drag on and on forever. In a military tribunal this could all be put behind us very quickly. Thanks again bamah, who just happens to conveniently be out of the country when his AG announces this awful decision. Seems they still may be more interested in more bush bashing than justice.
