The only thing that has changed since 11/2 is that the Mexican EPA has indeed revoked its environmental authorization. I don't believe that's correct. NGD put a page on their web site to address all of the confusion. There's even a little video from Gallagher. Their appeal to this decision was filed on October 28, which not only was prior to the Wed/Thurs environmentalist's news release, it was before NGD's Monday press release trying to clarify the issue. NGD management also addressed it in Wednesday's earnings conference call. newgold.com
