There IS NOT murder, so your rant is shown to be out of control emotionalism. You just can't deal with the real issue and so you keep throwing out irrelevancies to distract the discussion. Calling the intentional killing of an innocent Human being a "murder" is not emotionalism and it's not out of control. Nice try. The ontological status of one Human being can't by changed according to the whim of another Human being, especcially when there exists a conflict of interest.
