Let me be clear, there will not be any stock offering at anywhere near this price. This was a shelf offering that they wanted to get filed and be ready if an opportunity avails itself. Note, it also allows for a debt offering. There is no question if the company grows as we expect it to grow over the next 3 years additional financing will be needed, but management will not allow it to be dilutive. Remember, the Chairman is one of the largest holders and a very savvy Investment guy.
