I talked to the DTC myself. I spoke to Jean, the # has been posted ad nauseum. I gave her the neccessary participant#, etc., she thought I was a broker, She said that there was a 'chill' on RMIL. I asked her the implications of that. She asked me how many shares the request was for. I told her the amount. She said they were unable to fill it. I asked her how many she could fill. She took my # and said she'd call back. She discovered I wasn't a broker and called my broker instead. She told him that the DTC had run out of certificates and my order was "kicked-back" to my broker. She went on to say that the DTC was expecting more shares, but couldn't tell us from where. We are calling her back Monday. She did say, emphatically, the DTC had no RMIL certificates. It had NOTHING to do w/ the TA., Pugs
