Mad: BBTK would be interesting for Westell/Amati's VDSL/SDV technology. Pairgain and Tellabs would purchase Westell/Amati. Purchasing Aware would lock DSC into a Westell CAP and DMT solution with the addition of DWMT. DSC is in the Ameritech region with their DLC system. I would love to see them purchase Orckit, this would get Fujistu for the silicon solution and the partnership for BT settled. The more I think about it, an Orckit purchase would be nice... HDSL, RADSL, VDSL and Orckit wouldn't have to license, that would make Pat happy. < grin >.... until later. PS. Orckit #1, Netspeed #1.5 and Aware #2... for now.
