Great article. No Congressional largesse galls me more than this. Homies are the most replaceable of any business out there. This is outrageous, but who cares, because you mention taxes and 99.9% of the public's eyes glaze over. Not only does this create nothing, but it really only serves to keep public homies executives' salaries in place. The people building homes could build them for anyone. nytimes.com
