You are absolutely correct about Pakistan and it is a problem that has vexed many administrations. I worry greatly about it but can offer no constructive solution.

I do not agree we should treat it as a criminal act of terrorism. It apppears to me that rhetoric aside, this is what will happen, since he will be charged with 13 counts of murder and the death penalty will be sought.
