I don't think prisoners are allowed out in that green area and I'm not sure if that chain link fence is 10' high...but I have seen deer jump 6-7 foot fences from a standing position....putting a fence around a vegetable garden doesn't help very much...deer jumping over moving cars is not uncommon, some wind up going through the windshield...deaths have resulted. There is another high security prison directly opposite of Mattawan across I84
