Why did Obama, as Chairman of the IL Senate Health and Human Services committee, work to reduce the seats on the health facilities planning board from 15 to 9? Is it a coincidence that his oldest and biggest early campaign contributer is in prison for a scheme to stack that board .... said scheme made more possible by lowering the numbers of members?
