I think I will call that number he gave Monday. I hope I hear a reply
from him before then, but if you reread his E-mail he talks like the DTC lady might have been a bit confused. I get the gist that he certainly didn't get a lot of insight out of the conversation. Keyword
in the letter was "backtrack", a word commonly used to imply trying to cipher things out when lost or confused.
