Ahh, but check what the 144 day tends to do... as long as price is OVER the MA, it signals a move up and vice-versa. So if you are in options, you might want to use calls above the line and puts below.

Stuff like that.

I once used the 89 day TSMA... but picked up the 144 from someone on the TA for beginners last Feb after I joined SI.
