Peeled off 25% of SI shares. Peeled off 20% of AU shares. Started a new position in FLR to add to my infrastructure group.

Sold 60% of SE shares and moved the proceeds into SUG.

I have owned SRE for years and it has been a good dividend payers and grower (almost a 3 bagger from late 90's). I like TPZ but it trades funny and you have to be disciplined on your buy levels.

Option expiration Friday and I expect to be Put some shares of NYB as I build up my position. I like the 8% yield and see minimal downside,

Good move today on BMY (up 6%) as the company is selling their 65% ownership in Mead Johnson Nutrition (a formula firm). Not too sure what to do as BMY is selling this asset at less than they wanted ($60/share) and will use the proceeds to buy BioTech assets. It sounds like I might want to hedge my holdings with some covered calls as BMY's future earnings hinges on their successful completion of these transactions.

I find that I usually get better results to sell 1/2 positions and/or buy 1/2 positions rather than all or none moves as long as the long term prospects remain stable.
