BEN#1: It is impossible to know in advance if any asset is in bubble territory. But we working on a model. ( this is also greenspan speak)

BEN#2: In my opinion there is no misalignment in the financial sector right now. ( in my opinion, there is no bubble as of now)

So what is it, ben? Either you know or you don't. If you don't know how do you know it is not a bubble.
