But these people have been trained to hate you. To them, the only good American is a dead American. And until they have killed the quota, you're on the target list.

Keep in mind the 9/11 hijackers -- the ones who got "lucky" -- had no hesitation about cutting the throats of innocent Americans in order to accomplish their goals. They had no hesitation to fly a fuel laden aircraft into a building and burn themselves to death for the cause.
