Hraka and All,

First, I don't think that this company is a sham. I just can't figure out their plan. It appears to me that there is no stockholder focus at all. Most well run companies at least have one eye on their shareholders and their concerns. Unless they're in trouble. Then the total effort is staying afloat. I have been assured time and again, by folks other than on this thread, that by year end we will see the benifit of patience. Well, tomorrow is Nov.1 and year end is closing fast. I see no signs of any great turnaround in the stock price. There seem to be no positive anticipation about this company.

We all know and agree that UMSI has done, or appears to have done, some neat things in the past twelve months. We all know and agree that UNSI has been aggressive and apparantly decisive in their acquisitions. But to what end?

We have nothing to measure any of this. That in itself is a disserivce to the current stockholders.

I truly believe that this stock is oversold and is attractive to no one. I hope I am proven wrong. But until we have some figures to anaylze who knows.

I am very dissappointed in UMSI's communication process. But I don't think they really give a damn.

There are some great and positive people on this thread. I have appreciated your help and analysis during this ordeal.

Maybe there is still hope, and if there is, this Co. needs to learn how to commicate.
