There is nothing to explain, the GOP twisted the story.... The CBO never mentioned it.... "Take it up with your insurance agent once your MA is gone" You have any idea how many insurance companies and how much money is being spent lobbying to keep it???? It's going to be around for a few years....very few if a public option is passed.
