Well maybe not that much, but I have been out during our Santa Ana's.

Learned my lesson the hard way. I had too much sail up but I was by myself and couldn't leave the wheel long enough to get the sails down. That meant that I had to fight to keep the boat from dumping over for the 5 hours. I couldn't lift my arms the next day and my shoulders ached for a week.
