The attendees have been billed for all of the costs of the meeting including the shirts and hats. For those who ordered shirts and hats only, a seperate billing is coming out early next week. We had a little more time to work with you guys. Make sure we have you mailing address for the shirts/hat when you send in your payment. BTW - I didn't do the shirts in all white. They were done in a brown mixed tweed with a blue accent for the men with matching embroided logo. They look marvelous. The ladies shirts (in ladies sizes) are a white shirt with green and tan accent on the sleeves and collar and a matching embroidered logo. They also look marvelous. Hats were made to match both shirt selections with matching logos.
