So much for presumed innocence ... The presumption here, as hyped by the right, is that the man could get off on a technicality...you know, some minor thingy, like having been water-boarded 183 times!? Al PS: Here's where the right is going with this non sense now. I never cease to be amazed at the stupidity of the people who follow these folks. I saw the Mayor of New York said today, "We're tough. We can do it." Well, Mayor, how are you going to feel when it's your daughter that's kidnapped at school by a terrorist? How are you going to feel when it's some clerk -- some innocent clerk of the court -- whose daughter or son is kidnapped? Or the judge's wife? Or the jailer's little brother or little sister?
