China is on the forefront of anything they think will make them money. Going green is a big bucks industry already and it will grow ten fold over the next 10 years. China is not foolish when it comes to making money. The US, it turns out, is exceedingly foolish. We're still debating about whether we want to take the lead in this massive growth industry or not. Go figure.
