Which is why I am not a Laugher believer, and neither is any other economist other than your partisan flacks. You guys ALWAYS say lower taxes are better, without fail. ALWAYS.

How would a ZERO rate raise any revenue at all? I will admit that there is a sweet spot - but you don't need a friggin' THEORY to understand simple common sense.
