Well, CBO disagrees with you, but then they were only officially projecting out some ten years.

Perhaps you have a different thing in mind for what "long term" means to you other then ten years, and perhaps you *also* assume different things that may ultimately be enacted in law... (but are not now included in the fairly 'weak' public option proposals in either the House's or the Senate's versions....)
