Ken H. certainly was evasive when responding to the question of whether he and other senior management will make stock purchases. I believe he said that his attorney would consider that a forward-looking statement -- as if such a statement would be inappropriate. I'm no attorney (Patrick-any comment?) but why couldn't he announce plans to purchase XXX amount in the next quarter?

If I were a CFO looking at financing options that might dilute the value of common stock, I might wait to purchase until after the dilution. Is it coincidental that the need for more cash happens when the stock price is in the tank? I think I am becoming more cynical/paranoid.
