That is because you cherry pick your data. Read the wikipedia article on the Laffer Curve, especially the criticism part.

It isn't that I reject the Laffer Curve, it is just that it doesn't really shed any light on anything. The only thing that is really known is the endpoints are true. The rest is unsupported speculation that doesn't stand up to scrutiny. You can find certain cases in history when it might have been a factor, part of the 1920s and Kennedy's tax cuts are examples. The rest are not quite as clear cut and there are many counter examples.
