That is why INDU went from 14K down to 7K...the cycle low is not in till June or July 2010 and INDU could still go to 3200 by then. What you say should become true; after the cycle low is complete. K wave winter is deflation. Once we start to inflate; at INDU 100000 in 2020 will be lower in dollar value than INDU 14000 in 2007. If you go long stocks here based on what your saying you could get wiped out... The FED Banks could go down; then what for the value of stocks? Just how I see it; let us watch how it unfolds; I will not go long the market till after the above dates and will continue to hold onto the gold hedge for long term. Year end closing will better determine timeline. W
