Sorry to be so late to answer your question. I have no idea whether anyone could have done that, but I doubt it. The split was in January/February and I never heard of Riley before August. I think that everyone by then was completely aware of the effect the split had had on their shares. Also, most of my current total was acquired after the split (but prior to Riley) and that could be true for a lot of others that originally responded to Riley's request for share amounts. To sum it up, anything is possible, but I think it very unlikely. Doug M
