You neglected to mention that Orckit has partial T1 symmetric DSL solutions just sitting there waiting to compete with PAIR only lacking in telco relationships. (ROC has goodies in that dept also, again lacking the right relationships.) ORCTF also bleeding edge in VDSL with plenty engineering talent. My first thoughts on an aquisition went to ORCTF. Shelf registration seems to allow plenty of time to plan for a shopping spree. Leo
