I designed, wrote state plans and implemented two major health care programs in my state. Hey thats cool. What state? I am not an expert in this - Are there some good programs in states that are financially solvent that could be used as a model for the US Gov? What about the Florida plan? I heard the Governor saying it was working well. Regards Neil
