she got deathly ill from an unknown cause That happens a lot out there. I picked up some sort of bug in Trinidad that I was sure was Yellow Fever because they were having an epidemic at the time. Was sick from Trinidad to Aruba where I saved a doctor, his wife and 2 kids after their rented sailboat capsized. I was out in the whaler when I saw them waving frantically about 2 miles offshore. He was so grateful he gave me a regular pharmacy of various drugs plus some antibiotics that helped clear up whatever had attached itself.
