Sergio,

It seems to me that there will be several types potentially in the LUNN /ATPX market on Monday. (1) Those of us who are 56ers and have accumulated since LUNN was a POW. We have listened to and believed your research and have loaded up. We will not be buyers on Monday. We will most likely be watchers and under some circumstances, sellers. (2) There will be those who are currently aware of the merger, but think Monday is a crap shoot and will stay on the side lines at least until they see what direction ATPX is moving. (3) There are those who don't have a clue about LUNN or the merger and wont know anything until some attempt to publicize the new company and its prospects is made. It is the last of these groups that we have to depend on the move this stock and they wont do anything without some good PR on Monday. There may even be a 4th group, those who say if it looks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it must be a duck. So they will jump all over it, short. Given all of that, where we end up Monday is not a trivial exercise. I have to believe the company has been well advised to come out with bells ringing and whistles blowing to create and IPO-like atmosphere that will attract some attention (a little late, I might add). Otherwise we may all be unpleasantly surprised. (I guess I am already surprised--at least perlexed--at the lack of buying prior to the official launching of new company.) Even with some attempt to create this atmosphere, my guess is that we will not do better than a close of 16 at the ask. I would love to be way, way south of where we wind up the day. Good luck to us all!

Cheers,

John
