Paul, stay tuned and we will see how it turns out. I freely admit to being optimistic and agree that the growth I am expecting will require much different performance than last year. Welcome to the thread, a healthy skeptic will stimulate discussion. Any chance you can attend the Atlanta meeting on the 7th? A view of NetGain from another point of view would be beneficial.

This time last year BROC was following the path of similar companies toward pennies as you suggested might happen. But the Board made a very good decision to bring in Doug McIntyre as CEO and gave him free reign to make something of the company. He had substantial cash (over $1 per share today), a large loyal client base, and a good technical staff. He set about to put the house in order with expense cuts and conservative accounting. Then he started action on improved releases of the current products followed by research to define the next generation of SFA software. Note that BROC would have shown a substantial profit (I think about 10 cents) this quarter without the large R&D effort (about $600,000) which was expensed.

I invested in BROC last winter when success was only something you could hope for. But now we begin to see the actual evidence of it.

As I said at the top, welcome to the thread. And if you chose to play BROC from the short side, your comments and viewpoint will still be just as welcome.
