If Bush can make it I imagine Palin could be schooled enough to keep to her talking pts in future appearances. Given the present state of the economy a populist such as her may resonate even better in 2012. I still think her odds are better than most suspect as memories appear to be hazy in this country and all seems to be forgiven if you can simply give the right speech at the right time. More than likely I'll write in Ron Paul regardless in the 2012 race whether he's running or not. As for Palin boosting ratings I agree. May either love or hate her, but few are indifferent. I don't see any conspiracy to trash her image.
