Pretty well, but it's a lottery. It would certainly have chilling effect on any future investment there, to be sure. Who wants to invest 10 years and hundreds of millions of dollars only to have them halt ops 2 years into production. Carranza is possibly right about the issue of effect on the town. Of course the town reverts to ghost town status without NGD, so we'll see what impact that has.

I'm not sure I'd characterize NGD's management as liars. Quite possibly they were cluelessly optimistic (which isn't a whole lot better)......time will tell. If they get CSP back up within a few weeks on an appeal it would suggest they were being honest. It's hard to know just what their legal advisors in Mexico are feeding them, that's really the question in my mind.
