Well, depending on how you look at it, it is neither the fault of the GOP, nor will they get the credit for anything good that comes out of it.

However, just to state a data point. The CBO has scored the Senate bill and has said it will reduce the deficits by $128B over 10 years.

Now we can choose to not believe the CBO. That's another debate. But the CBO is the best thing we have to an unbiased opinion, versus yours which is clearly biased and vacant of any detailed analysis of the bill.
