It's astonishing to me that Holder didn't even prepare any good rationale for why KSM and the others are to be given civilian trials, but the rest stay in military tribunals. Of course the first thing their lawyers will do is demand a change of venue to the civilians courts. On what conceivable basis is the judge supposed to rule?
