we filled a whole bunch of gaps and made the technical picture new and improved.

nah, i'm gonna let westy do that. i know i don't have his powers.

i would also add, running to fricken usa gov paper has got to be the dumbest fricken move in all of dumbfuckistan. but i guess each lesson, is still hard won. so it goes.
