What do you mean by "maintained". Do you mean something like "never, ever changed/modified/amended or altered at all"?

If so then 'No'... I would not have any degree of 'confidence' that ANYTHING human or political would never ever be altered... not like the confidence I have in the permanence of geology anyway. :-)

I NEITHER 'like' nor particularly 'dislike' 10 year economic projections. Nor have I ever given any indication that I feel emotional about 'decades' in any especial way.

I simply noted that a ten year estimate is what CBO ran... because that's the fact. :-)
