I don't think there is any cause and effect here. LXP had a good announcement too. They are confident enough about things to restart the cash dividends. So I bought more LXP-D at +11% yield. And LXP common has a very low P/FFO ratio of around 4 or 5. The cash dividend is almost 9%, and a low (safe) payout ratio. (Been buying a bit more AHT-A also.)
