re: CTEL

what a low-key company. No upgrades yet, nothing - but the stock is quietly accumulated. CTEL (the ADR of 1137.HK) has been going up steadily even on down days in the US and China/HK. Today we closed at HK$3.47 for the underlying shares (1137.HK) a 2 year high in HK !

I guess I won't qualify as a prophet if I predict that we may easily get double digit levels in the share price of the ADR (NAsdaq: CTEL) in 2009 - see us north of $10 soon.

TA wise, the old highs from Nov 2008 and fall 2003 were in the $3.75-4.25 range (for the underlying 1137.HK) an $10-12 (for the ADR) so I would expect at least some slight dose of resistance in these ranges.

Beyond that it will be smooth sailing to $22-25 for the ADR and to HK$8-9 for the underlying
