Trying to take cost out of it is indeed part of the solution...but the GOP uses that as a political tool to fear monger seniors and score cheap political points. Where were you by the way when bush actually increased that entitlement with a Part D drug extension that made absolutely no consideration with how to pay for it?

Obama has taken this broken system as a model and is about to extended to the entire population. If you think we have problems now (and you don't because you are obviously oblivious to it), when the current problem is multiplied by factor of 5 or more, what do you think will happen?

I suggest you take the time to understand what "zero sum game" means. You and I are paying for the uninsured today...just as we would be for seniors if Medicare were not there. That's what I mean about the GOP or people like you who follow it. Non stop bitching, but talk about a solution and they come back with a cure all tax cut...it's a joke masquerading as a political party.
